These Terms govern access to Woofly, a dog-care organization and education app for household profiles, care logs, reminders, first-aid education, AI-supported planning, documents, and companion widgets on iPhone and related web surfaces.
Acceptance
By creating or linking a parent profile, using household sync, downloading or opening Woofly, or continuing after this page is posted, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or related web surfaces.
Care Guidance And Medical Disclaimer
Woofly helps organize dog-care information and educational guidance, including first-aid scenarios, portion estimates, breed education, and reminders. It does not replace a veterinarian, emergency clinic, diagnosis, prescription, poison-control advice, or professional treatment plan. For urgent or medical concerns, contact a qualified veterinary professional or poison hotline immediately.
AI-Supported Features
Some features may use AI to summarize context or suggest educational next steps. Outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. You remain responsible for decisions about your dog; AI replies are educational support only and are not veterinary advice.
Accounts And Household Content
You are responsible for information, photos, documents, household invite actions, and care records added through your account. You grant us a limited license to host, sync, and display that content as needed to operate Woofly for your household. Do not upload content you lack rights to share, and do not use the service to harm animals, people, or systems.
Paid Access
Any subscription, trial, or paid feature (including App Store purchases and any web checkout we enable) is governed by the checkout terms shown at purchase time and by the applicable app store or payment provider rules. Prices, trials, and availability may change as shown at purchase. Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Availability, Liability, And Changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for safety, operations, or product evolution. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Woofly is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for decisions made solely based on educational content, AI output, first-aid guides, or calculated estimates. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
